Jim Quinn

Experienced director, chief executive and executive manager.

Jim’s governance experience includes as past Chair of MCom, Intilecta, director of Lyttleton Port, Ubiquitome and Ngai Tahu Tainui Go Bus.  He is currently chair at Payments New Zealand, ComplyPro, SmartCo Ltd and Tubman Heating Ltd and a director at Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei Whai Rawa and Eastland Group.

Jim’s executive career included being the inaugural CEO of KiwiRail, Chief of Strategy at Auckland Council, and CEO of Express Couriers joint venture between New Zealand Post and DHL.  Jim has held General Management roles in New Zealand Post, Advantage Group (EFTPOS Industry), WEL Energy, QED Software and New Zealand Couriers.

David Geor

Experienced director and governance advisor, CEO, executive manager and business owner

David’s governance experience includes directorships or advisory roles with a diverse group of mid-large NZ firms including Argenta, HFHL, SMCS, Waiotahi. He is currently Chair of Argenta. Previously he has held directorships with a range of private and public firms in NZ and Australia. David acts as Chair or board member for a number of major roading construction/maintenance alliances.

David’s executive career includes as GM for Fletcher Infrastructure & Brian Perry Civil, CEO Higgins Group Holdings Ltd,  CEO Excell Corporation, CEO Northland Dairy, CEO ENZA, GM AFFCO Beef and GM Fletcher Fishing. 

David’s consultancy experience includes business transformation work in the; animal health, fishing, infrastructure, asset management, construction, FMCG, timber, agriculture and timber milling industries. He has undertaken a number of bank sponsored business recovery assignments.

Paul Loof

Experienced CE, governance advisor, executive and consultant.

Paul was MD (NZ) of global human capital consulting firm Watson Wyatt. He advises Boards, CEOs and senior executives on the ‘people’ element of strategy delivery and business performance improvement. He is an advisor to the Waikato Regional Council. 

Paul has been HR Director for three leading NZ firms in the engineering, civil construction and meat industries. 

His consulting experience include business transformation, change management, M&A, leadership development, HR strategy and delivery, employee relations, talent management and labour cost reconstruction.

Paul’s sector experience includes construction, manufacturing, local government, professional services, forestry, dairy, food, retail, meat, finance, health, hospitality and entertainment.
